Save the Date! Fragility, Conflict and Violence Forum 2016 (Fall 2015)

SDGs for ALL:  Taking Action to promote peaceful and inclusive societies

The Fragility, Conflict and Violence Forum 2016 will be held March 1-3, 2016 in Washington DC. Convened by the World Bank Group, this unique event aims to help address the complex challenge of fragility, conflict and violence by bringing together policy makers and practitioners to share knowledge and experience.

A key theme of the Forum will be how to realize the recently adopted Sustainable Development Goals in fragile and conflict-affected situations, at a time when we see a spike in conflicts, with violent extremism on the rise and almost 60 million people displaced globally.

Through high-level panel discussions featuring distinguished leaders in their fields, as well as round tables, seminars, and deep-dive events co-organized by partners, we look forward to a robust discussion, highlighting innovative work and groundbreaking initiatives to improve development solutions.

Registration for the Forum will be open December 1, 2016, with more details to come. Space is limited, so priority will be given to partner organizations hosting events and their guests.
