After the presentation of the findings from the recent piloting in Haiti, a panel featuring MSI’s Christy Martins and Kalinda Magliore, PartnersGlobal’s Jeffsky Poincy, and activist Emmanuela Douyon will discuss fragility in Haiti and opportunities for adaptive programming vis-a-vis Global Fragility Act implementation.
